This is extremely important!!!!!

If your team does not appear on the “Accepted Teams” list, but you have been assigned to races, it means that you have entered your team(s) on-line but did not send in your “hard copy” entry.

In order to pick up your packet which includes your Bib numbers, you must either present:

1. A check for payment in full for this year’s entry; or,

2. A copy of the entry signed by your AD.

No runner will be allowed to compete without a Bib Number. As a result, you will have made the trip to Van Cortlandt Park for no good reason.

If you are reading this and are not a coach, please make sure that your coach is aware of this policy. There will be no exceptions.
